Refund Policy

At Alignbyzen Holistic Health & Wellness, we are committed to providing exceptional experiences. We understand that circumstances change, and we have established this Refund Policy to be as fair as possible while accounting for the significant planning and preparation involved in our programs and retreats.

Digital Programs & Coaching Packages

Due to the digital nature of our programs and the immediate access provided upon purchase:

Within 7 days of purchase — Full refund if you have not accessed more than 20% of the program content
After 7 days or after accessing content — No refund; however, you may transfer your enrollment to another participant or apply the credit toward a future program
1:1 Coaching sessions — Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours notice may be rescheduled once at no charge

Retreat Cancellation Policy

Retreat deposits are non-refundable. For the remaining balance, the following schedule applies:

Cancellation Timeframe	Refund Amount
More than 90 days before retreat	Full refund minus $250 administrative fee
61–90 days before retreat	50% refund of total amount paid
31–60 days before retreat	25% refund of total amount paid
30 days or less before retreat	No refund — credit toward future retreat only
No-show / no notice	No refund, no credit

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. The cancellation date is the date we receive your written request.

Retreat Transfers

You may transfer your retreat registration to another person up to 30 days before the retreat start date, subject to a $100 transfer fee. The new participant must complete all required intake forms and agree to all retreat terms. Transfers are not permitted within 30 days of the retreat.

Company Cancellation

In the rare event that we must cancel a retreat or program due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or insufficient enrollment), you will receive:

A full refund of all amounts paid, or
A credit of 110% of the amount paid toward a future retreat or program of equal or lesser value

We are not responsible for non-refundable travel expenses, including flights, hotel bookings, or other costs incurred in preparation for the retreat. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

Events and Workshops

For single-day events and workshops:

More than 7 days before the event — Full refund minus a $25 processing fee
3–7 days before the event — 50% refund or full credit toward a future event
Less than 3 days before the event — No refund; credit toward a future event at our discretion

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Name] — [Program/Retreat Name]." Please include your order number or confirmation email. We will process eligible refunds within 10–14 business days.
